Thank you so much! Journaling can really be hard to get into. What works for me is scheduling my time to journal. I usually take some time while eating breakfast to write things down and at night before bed to reflect on the day. In terms of spreads, sometimes I’ll just block out in pencil and continue to use the journal then fill in the fancy stuff later. I always need an hour or two to draw the whole month up so I plan to do that on a day I’m off work. Hope that helps 🙂
